Client Highlight: DOL-ETA

ESI implemented WebCEO , our Business Intelligence/Decision Support System product to monitor business performance at all levels and different divisions of ETA. ETA utilizes WebCEO to monitor compare data across organizations and time periods and to measure the effectiveness of programs over time and against each other.

WebCEO has been implemented at the following programs of ETA:

• Office of Apprenticeship Training, Employer and Labor Services
  (OATELS)
• Workforce Investment Act (WIA) 
• Older Workers Program
• Trade Adjustment Program
