Formula For Success

Why is ESI so successful? Quite simply, because of our experience and our approach. Our Technical and Management Approach utilizes our Enterprise Performance Management System and/or Knowledge Management System Methrodologies as our Program Execution Framework as shown in the figure below. The result: smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery of ESI's best-value services and solutions to meet your organization's needs.

ESI's Technical and Management Approach

The establishment of a partnership between you, your organization, and ESI is of paramount importance for our success. We will work closely with your organization and will ensure that there will be efficient methods for “constant” and “clear” communication between your organization and ESI. We will adapt and follow our methodologies to fit the dynamic needs of your organization.

ESI's technical approach comprises four major phases: Requirements Analysis/Planning; Engineering and Design; Implementation and Training; and Maintenance and Support . Within each phase, quality control processes are implemented to ensure product compliance with requirements; to eliminate or mitigate identified risk elements; to ensure that no elements are overlooked as the project proceeds; and to ensure success. This methodology is flexible because it is modular, which allows ESI to assume projects from conception to grave or at any level of the project life cycle.

ESI's management approach provides levels of structure, checkpoints, and performance measurements to the project that provide guidance and flexibility for specific project needs and individual management styles. This approach allows us to successfully execute projects through the entire life cycle and successfully manage and handle changes in scope, priorities, scheduling, and staffing.
