  EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  
  Minimum of eight (8) years progressive professional and technical experience in the capacity of an Oracle Database Administrator. Database Administration experience with strong emphasis on production support. Oracle 9.2.0.3 experience
  
  DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES : to perform a variety of Oracle database administration services with emphasis on production operations. Activities include but not limited to actively monitoring, capturing, analyzing, and reporting system performance statistics; performing the necessary system tuning to optimize the system’s performance; conducting system performance stress tests; performing backup and recovery operations; providing ad hoc technical and training support; and performing other duties as assigned.

  EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in Engineering or related field; 5 years of experience; Must have at least 6 months of progressive experience or training in BPMN and IDEF0.
  
  DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES : Document business processes in BPMN and IDEF0 graphical notation for performance analysis; Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures; Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct integration of technical activities; Direct, review, and approve designs and changes; Analyze technology and resource needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects; Analyze value of activities & correctness of sequencing; Measure process performance; Identify reengineering and improvement alternatives; Develop business cases; Review and write reports; Conduct simulation studies; Work with client to develop suitable business processes, Define performance goals, identify associated measures and metrics, document existing business processes, analyze the value of activities constituting the process and the correctness of the sequencing, engineer alternate business processes, develop models of solutions and conduct simulation studies, conduct business case analysis for improved processes and recommended automation, develop plans, studies and assessments to document the business process reengineering effort, support and monitor implementation of business changes.
