ESI's Knowledge Management Approach:

ESI utilizes our Knowledge Management framework as the cornerstone for providing your organization with true value-based solutions to support various initiatives including but not limited to:

  • Performance Management
  • Information Dissemination
  • Outreach Programs
  • Event Management
  • Training / Knowledge Transfer / eLearning

Our framework ensures that ESI, at the start of any project, will have sufficient program knowledge and/or the necessary Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand your organization, your information, your needs as well as the needs of your customers and/or target audiences, and your organization's mission and objectives. This knowledge provides ESI and your organization with the collaborative power to effectively implement programs or initiatives that are supported by on-target technology-based systems.

ESI's focuses on the effective collection, organization, protection, transfer, and application of information to support organization's needs by "Transforming Information to Knowledge... and Knowledge to Wisdom!"
