WebCEO™ supports multi-organization dashboards, allowing you to monitor the performance of several departments or locations at once. Click on the Detail button to see which units fall below (or above) the threshold.
Trends Compare the performance of one or more organizational units across time using line charts. Performance of several organizational units over multiple indicators may be compared through aggregation or dynamic grouping. Same period last year (SPLY) performance comparisons are always just one click away. The example compares Actual and Planned sales for two regions over a span of several years.
Ranking Track one or more key indicators for a specific time period across organizational units using bar charts.
The example is the complement of the Trend chart above it, showing Actual and Planned sales across all regions for a specific year, 2001. The system supports various forms of charts. The chart can be expanded full-screen with or without the supporting table. You may print the chart alongside the supporting data table.
Maps WebCEO™ has the most robust mapping facility of any product of its kind. Show data on a map you can zoom in or out of. Map displays over a modem line (or wireless connection) are just as responsive as over a LAN connection.
Slide Shows Store your favorite queries once into slide shows, and show them (with most currently refreshed data) during your weekly meeting. Or, Email the slide shows to others…
Same Period Last Year Comparing how the entire business, or any of its unit, did on any key performance indicator this year compared to last year requires just a press of the SPLY (Same Period Last Year) button.
Derive New Indicators With WebCEO™'s versatile column editor facility, you or your analysts may create new indicators out of old ones. You can use this facility to do what-if analyses. The editor supports most arithmetic, logic, and mathematical operations. |
