More specifically, the combined partnership allows ESI and OpenText to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients across the public-private sectors. ESI is implementing OpenText’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution for Fairfax County’s Health and Human Services (HHS) department. This solution will be used to facilitate the collection, archiving, search and dissemination of HHS documents and formal records. The HHS ECM repository will also service the program needs for the Office for Children and Self-Sufficiency within the Department of Family Services (DFS) utilizing the OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM) software stack.
